I will be honest, everyone one I dealt with at this company was professional and prompt. I will say we had a few glitches and a couple of delays, but Tim stayed on top of it and the installation of my Franklin Battery was flawless. Vic and his crew went over and above by burying some of the lines so the install looked great. At the end of the day, Tim more than made up for any problems and I would highly recommend them for your solar system or for a battery backup. Excellent work all!!
